1. Providing customer support via phone & online for MProfit’s various software products
2. Online technical support & onboarding guidance to be provided to MProfit clients
3. Communication and collaboration with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
As part of the job, you will get a good understanding of financial products, while
improving technical & communication skills. You will receive training of 3 to 6 months by senior MProfit team members for providing technical support to MProfit clients (salary remains the same during the training period).
Who can apply:
1. Fresher with 0-1 month of experience
2. Excellent communication with fluency in English and Hindi
3. BSc IT, MCA or Graduate with excellent academic results with good logical thinking
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word
5. Knowledge of multiple languages is an added advantage
