AMS seeks a dynamic individual as Employee in Housekeeping Management, Acquisition & Communication Specialist. Manage Studio property housekeeping workforce, aiming for a robust team and seamless client service.

Key responsibilities:

1. Recruit & manage housekeeping staff, ensuring service delivery
2. Engage, retain, and communicate persuasively with current staff
3. Present AMS benefits, growth prospects, and competitive remuneration
4. Address inquiries, clarify terms, and maintain positive environment
5. Collaborate with HR, streamline recruitment and onboarding
6. Document interactions, candidates, and outcomes for hiring
7. Generate progress reports for management
8. Frequent travel to Studio properties; flexible hours

Requirements:

1. Female representative preferred
2. Excellent verbal skills to engage and persuade candidates
3. Strong interpersonal abilities for client and employee rapport
4. Proactive, independent, goal-driven
5. Empathetic listener to address client and employee needs
6. Comfortable with frequent property travel
7. Handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally

Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 – 16,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 – 5,00,000 /year
