About the internship
Roles and responsibilities: –
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and orientations.
Help track employee training progress and maintain training records.
Assist in organizing and planning HR approaches, policies, and procedures
Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Review and process employee expense claims in compliance with company policies.
Analyze expense data to identify trends and areas for cost-saving.
Support the HR team in updating and maintaining the employee handbook.
Conduct research on HR policies and best practices to enhance the handbook’s content.
Help in analyzing the effectiveness of reward structures in promoting employee motivation and retention.
Contribute to the development of new reward strategies.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of the company’s travel policy.
Review and process travel-related expense claims, ensuring adherence to policy.
Qualifications and Skills:
Pursuing Master’s in human resources management or related filed.
Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
Organizational skills.
Detail-oriented.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
