1. Organize relocation benefits like travel & accommodation booking for new joiners
2. Support the HR ops team in BGV initiation for new joiners
3. Connect with the new joiners in collecting documents
4. Support in onboarding activities to build day-one experience
5. Work on the filing of documents
6. Follow up on updating missing data from the employee for completion of the employee file
7. Support in employee database maintenance
8. Support in employee documents filing
9. Support in preparing reports for HR operations portfolio including HR analytics, exit management and HR dashboards
10. Work on exit document management
11. Maintain a high degree of confidentiality/discretion
Requirements:
1. Be a strong communicator and have interpersonal skills
2. Good team player
3. Good communication skills
4. Experience in working on MS-office or G-suite is an advantage
