Assist with attendance & ensuring attendance from all employees and benefits administration
Fulfil and adhere to the legal requirements to ensure compliance
Ensure people should adhere to company policies
Complete maintenance of the onboarding to the offboarding process of each employee
Work on database creation and management of the workforce on the in-house system
Requirements :
Excellent communication skills
Basic knowledge of business administration and people management
Hands-on experience with MS Office, particularly in MS Excel and MS Word
Should possess a basic knowledge of compensation and labor regulations along with regulatory laws
