About the internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting design and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
2. Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
3. Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
4. Screening candidates’ resumes and job applications
5. Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
6. Taking care of new hire joining formalities
7. Adhering to SOPs for hiring/ interview coordination with respective stakeholders
8. Maintaining database and personnel file updation
9. Managing employee records file
10. Maintaining all employment records for hiring, onboarding, termination, leaves etc.
11. Conferring with the management to develop or implement employee policies and procedures and updating all the paperwork
12. Handling the onboarding activities and documentation
13. Verifying attendance, hours worked, and leaves as per the records and maintaining monthly attendance
14. Managing the employee exit formalities

Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 7th Jul’23 and 11th Aug’23

3. are available for duration of 6 months
