Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand our customer base
2. Identify potential clients and build strong relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
3. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities
4. Present and promote our products and services to prospective clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their benefits
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative sales campaigns and materials
6. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques
7. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
Requirements:
1. Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication skills
2. Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
3. Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.
1. Command on language shall be preferable
2. If you are an MBA or graduate in marketing, that will be an added advantage
3. Experience in insurance field shall be preferable
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 – 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 10%
