Real Estate Sales Executive

About the job
We are looking for a high-performing sales executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintaining client databases generated through promotional activities
2. Sending details of properties & convincing prospective clients to a site visit
3. Arranging site visits and showing properties
4. Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities & providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property
5. Working to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
6. Ensuring fair and honest dealing & completing the sales targets
7. Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
8. Presenting sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Salary
 

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 – 12,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 – 2,20,000 /year
