Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Lead the recruitment process, including identifying and engaging with potential candidates, conducting screenings, and coordinating interviews
2. Manage and update candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in tracking recruitment metrics
3. Utilize various job portals and social media platforms proactively to source top talent
4. Actively participate in and organize job fairs and recruitment events to expand the talent pool
5. Work closely with team members to devise and execute innovative recruitment strategies
6. Oversee the creation of job descriptions, manage job adverts, and handle candidate communications effectively
Requirements:
1. Hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or have equivalent experience in recruitment
2. Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
3. Demonstrate proven organizational and time-management skills
4. Show the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
5. Have a comprehensive understanding of recruitment processes and advanced candidate selection methods
6. Display advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and expertise in using HR databases
