Key responsibilities:
1. Supporting the HR team in daily administrative tasks
2. Onboarding new employees through creating employee files
3. Maintaining employee records and data entry into the HR system
4. Assisting HR Manager with the recruitment and selection process
5. Supporting the HR team with managing employee related queries
6. Generating employee performance reports
7. Working on comprehensive administration of employee benefits

Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
