Job Overview:
As an HR Intern at 8 views, you will be an integral part of our HR team, supporting various aspects of HR functions. This internship is designed to provide you with exposure to HR processes, recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and screening resumes.
Support the onboarding of new employees and help with HR documentation.
Assist in maintaining employee records, attendance, and benefits administration.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
Perform other HR-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
