Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support HR managers in conducting interviews, collecting feedback, and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.
3. Help organize and participate in employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
4. Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
5. Support in drafting HR policies, procedures, and employee communication materials.
6. Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions for employees on various HR-related topics.
7. Collaborate with the HR team on performance management activities, including employee evaluations and goal-setting processes.
8. Aid in employee offboarding processes, conducting exit interviews, and ensuring smooth exit transitions.
9. Assist in handling employee queries and concerns, providing necessary support and guidance.
10. Participate in HR projects and research to contribute to process improvements and best practices.
Requirements:
1. Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
4. A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling.
5. Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to taking on new challenges.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
