2. Working on the joining formalities of new employees
3. Monitoring daily attendance (on-site & off-site)
4. Working on leave management and control
5. Managing payroll
6. Working on full and final settlement of employees
7. Handling employee grievances regarding (salary, leaves, attendance, transfer, etc.) and employee coordination
8. Managing database (soft copy & files)
9. Working on other HR actions
10. Booking tickets and working on other travel arrangements
11. Coordinating with service providers (mobile, internet)
12. Working on vendor coordination or escalation for (stationary & printing) issues
