3. Troubleshoot employee relations and compliance issues
4. Manage employee and organizational development activities
5. Create and maintain employee records
6. Conduct performance reviews, workforce analysis, and organizational survey
7. Maintain organizational information in MS Excel, MS Office, and MSWord
8. Organize employee events and activities
9. Handle payroll, benefits, and other administrative tasks
10. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
