1. Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates
2. Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
3. Manage onboarding and new hire process
4. Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
5. Help to structure the job description
6. Post and remove job advertisements as needed
7. Screen potential employees’ resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
8. Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
Requirements:
1. Graduate in human resources or a related field
2. Good problem-solving skills
3. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
