About the internship
As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, operations, and HR administrative tasks. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain practical experience in HR practices.

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
2. Help facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company
3. Participate in employee relations activities, such as addressing employee inquiries, and concerns, and conducting exit interviews
4. Maintain and update HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
5. Support the coordination of training and development programs, including scheduling and logistics
6. Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
7. Help ensure that the company complies with employment laws and regulations by staying updated on HR best practices
8. Provide general administrative support to the HR team, such as document preparation, data entry, and filing

Requirements:

1. Strong interest in HR
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. High level of confidentiality and professionalism
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
