Key responsibilities:

1. Reach out to agencies, local brands, and other clients, and onboard them for hiring from us
2. Handle mass LinkedIn and email reach outs
3. Work on prospecting & database building via LinkedIn
4. Draft action-driven email copies
5. Contact potential recruiters via e-mail, phone calls, and WhatsApp
6. Make cold calls for outreach
7. Set up meetings with potential recruiters
8. Understand the hiring requirements of the associated digital/media agencies and cater to them with the relevant candidates
9. Look for job opportunities for the students on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Internshala, Indeed, etc.
10. Send weekly job openings to the ongoing batches for the pre-placement opportunities
11. Shortlist candidates for the relevant job openings, forward their profiles and follow up with the recruiters
12. Organize placement drives for the students toward the end of the course
13. Invite companies for placement drives as jury
14. Submit monthly placement reports to the management

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2.5 – 3.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
