2.Understand and identify client requirements and assignment.
3.Responsible to complete commercial part with all clients.
4.Generate client lead and work according to that and find out new clients for the company.
5.Responsible in making the revenue generation acquiring new business.
6.Proper coordination with the recruitment teams and team leader to generate quality results.
7.Build and maintain rapport with the New & Existing clients.
8.Build rock solid relations with existing and new clients.
9.Accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and any further documentation.
10.Bring new business to the organization.
11.Connect with national and international client for recruitment services.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Experience: Freshers can also apply for the same, training will be provided.
2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
3. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and negotiation skills
