Key responsibilities:

-Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
-Generate leads through various channels like cold calling, networking, and online research.
-Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
-Manage and track the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and ensure timely closure of deals.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, including marketing and operations.
-Prepare reports, analyze data, and provide insights to management.
-Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and product/service offerings through continuous learning.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
-Ability to conduct market research and identify potential clients.
-Experience in lead generation and client relationship management.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2 – 2.4 LPA
