Key responsibilities:
1. Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.
2. Research and build relationships with new clients.
3. Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company’s leaders/principals.
4. Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives to promote the company’s offerings.
5. Attend industry functions, conferences, and events to network and gather market intelligence.
6. Provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
7. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align efforts and improve lead quality and conversion.
8. Track and record activity on accounts and help close deals to meet targets.
1. 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Fresh graduates with a keen interest in business growth and relationship-building are encouraged to apply.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. A proactive mindset with problem-solving skills.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 – 2,40,000 /year
