1. Generating leads & meeting with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide advice on policies
2. Explaining policy features and coverage options to clients
3. Providing quotes for insurance policies and helping clients complete applications
4. Managing client accounts and paperwork, including renewals and claims
5. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes and trends in insurance regulations and products
6. Building and maintaining relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service
