Founded in 2016, we are India’s first women-driven logistics company that focuses on creating equal work opportunities for women. We identify and train women from resource-poor communities and employ them as delivery associates (DAs) for major e-commerce companies in India, ensuring dignified employment for them. With the aim to enable an ecosystem that ensures more participation of women in the workforce of last-mile logistics, we have developed, designed, and executed strategies that promote diversity and inclusion.
