1. Work on being responsible for counseling interested customers and suggesting the best investment plans as per his/her financial requirements and risk profile
2. Work on advisory-based sales across India and abroad using tele-calling
3. Explain the benefits of long-term investment
4. Work on continuous training and knowledge upgradation to improvise client interaction, leading to revenue generation
Skills & requirements:
1. Freshers with good communication and conviction skills having a passion for business development can apply
2. Knowledge and work experience in equity markets, mutual funds, insurance, ed-tech sales, bank VRM, and BPO sales would be preferred
3. Strong analytical skills and ability to work in teams
4. Candidates having fluency in any south language i.e. Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, etc. preferred
Annual CTC: ₹ 2 – 5 LPA
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
