Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other designers to understand project goals and user requirements
2. Lead the ideation and conceptualization of user-centric designs for mobile apps and websites
3. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
4. Create high-fidelity UI designs with a strong focus on aesthetics, usability, and consistency across platforms
5. Conduct user research, and usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs and enhance user experiences
6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus
2. Proven exposure to being a UI/UX Designer or similar role in a creative agency or related industry
3. Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work for mobile apps and websites
4. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software
5. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and communicate design concepts effectively
