1. Working on a live transaction advisory assignment with an institutional client
2. Working on the transactional advisory process, data room preparation and management, investor interaction, and structuring of NPL transaction
3. Preparing financial models to assess high-value stressed asset cases
4. Asses the financial viability of projects and purpose funding options
5. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
6. Analyze financial statements including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
7. Maintaining MIS report
8. Handling the team
Requirements:
1. A confident individual, who is presentable and possesses good oral and written communication skills
2. Excellent presentation skills, analytical and data interpretation skills with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); good Excel skills and financial modeling will be an added advantage
3. Quick learner, inquisitive, and initiator
4. Good understanding of banking terminology and data analytical skills
5. Proven leadership skills in handling a team to mobilize, manage and motivate
6. Should be willing to work across the business/vertical of the organization
7. The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
