About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Sourcing, screening, and calling potential IT candidates across the United States through various job boards
2. Scheduling the candidate’s interview with the client
3. Working on client communication
4. Utilizing applicant tracking systems such as Dice, Job Diva, Ceipal, etc.
5. Negotiating salary with candidates
Who can apply:
1. Freshers with good communication and technical skills
2. IT technical education background is preferred
3. Should have good command over the English Language
4. Should be able to work according to US timings i.e 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST
5. Should have the zeal to work in the US staffing industry
Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹22,000 – 25,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 – 3,00,000 /year
