Trainee – Customer Success Tech Specialist

Key responsibilities: The customer success tech specialist role will be a change maker to support various aspects of our customer experience, business account management, customer support systems, and associated performance analytics, to enhance customer experiences and customer relationships; with direct responsibilities in areas of customer engagement, requirements gathering and analysis, sales enablement, techno-functional consultation, and working closely with both customers as well as with the internal teams for ensuring mutual success through a win-win approach.

Who can apply

1. B.Sc. in computer science/information technology with demonstrable tech savviness and with a demonstrable interest in customer service, and change management

2. Freshers with a typical 3 to 6 months of relevant internship experience preferred

3. Graduates that have passed out in the 2023 batch from reputed institutes are preferred

4. Additional relevant certifications in business strategy, marketing, change management, etc., preferred (or be willing to learn and utilize)

5. Strong MS Office skills, along with data mining, data analytics, and graphical visualization abilities

Salary
 

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹18,000 – 25,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3 – 3.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 95%

2. Variable component: 5%
