Key responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for integration and will work collaboratively with software development and quality teams
2. Work on analyzing user needs, designing software solutions tailored to those needs, and optimizing operational efficiency
This position requires individuals who thrive in challenging and dynamic environments, enjoy providing world-class support, and possess a high level of customer centricity. You will be part of our integration team and should either have prior experience or demonstrate aptitude in applications and systems integration, priority management, and work coordination, depending on the level.
1. B.Sc. in computer science, information technology, or a related field
2. Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as C++, C#, Java, etc.
3. Familiarity with cloud-based web technologies
4. Typically, 3 to 6 months of relevant internship experience, preferably with exposure to developing and maintaining application integrations using custom solutions and/or integration middleware
5. Good written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas in both user-friendly and technical language
6. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport, listening, and questioning
7. Understanding of code versioning systems such as SVN, Jira for defect tracking, Jenkins, and JUnit for unit testing is preferable
