Key responsibilities:
1. Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone
2. Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going
3. Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales
4. Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products
5. Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products
6. Answering customers’ questions on the products
7. Meeting sales quotas
8. Working on cross-selling & up-selling
Annual CTC: ₹ 2 – 2.25 LPA
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
