1. Deliver engaging lessons and conduct interactive classes to teach SolidWorks software and related concepts to students
2. Ensure a clear understanding of SolidWorks tools, techniques, and design principles
3. Develop evolving curriculum and stay updated with the latest advancements in SolidWorks and contribute to the development of a dynamic curriculum
4. Design projects and assignments that challenge students and enhance their skills in 3D modeling, assembly, and simulation
5. Assess student progress and evaluate students’ understanding and proficiency in using SolidWorks through regular assessments
6. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their skills and knowledge
7. Foster a positive learning environment and create an atmosphere that encourages students to explore, experiment, and collaborate
8. Promote creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills within the context of SolidWorks design and engineering
9. Collaborate with colleagues and work closely with other tutors and team members to share best practices, exchange ideas, and continuously improve teaching methods and resources

Skills & Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
2. Proficiency in SolidWorks software with hands-on experience in 3D modeling, assembly, and simulation
3. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts to students
4. Passion for teaching and mentoring students, with the ability to inspire and motivate
5. Prior tutoring or teaching experience, especially in the field of engineering or design, is preferred
