Service Consultant/Sales Executive

About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Assisting customers in the sale of a range of financial products on the phone
2. Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy
3. Meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically
4. Learning about products and services and describing/explaining them to prospects
5. Understanding customer requirements and closing sales
6. Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication
7. Staying aware and complying with the ISMS policy, procedures, and objectives
8. Participating in ISMS exercises
9. Requesting access to information access from their team leaders/executives
10. Reporting known and suspected security incidents to the IT helpdesk
11. Protecting secrecy of passwords & information assets used by them against compromise of assets
12. Managing the confidentiality, integrity, or availability

Salary
 

Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 – 20,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3 – 4.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2 LPA

2. Other incentives: ₹ 1 LPA
