1. Conducting on-site and off-site SEO audits of your clients’ SEO competitors
2. Using tools such as Google Analytics & Search Console to compile regular performance reports
3. Assisting the content team in the creation of high-quality, informative SEO content
4. Working on the creation of on-site and off-site SEO strategies for clients in various industries
5. Carrying out detailed keyword research according to the brand requirements
6. Paying particular attention to any significant Google algorithmic changes and impact on your projects
7. Maintaining SEO work trackers across multiple projects at once
Required:
1. Good understanding of content quality and user engagement to be able to drive the right kind of content creation
2. Good understanding of different SEO strategies and their potential impact on different stages of projects
3. Ability to easily reach out to different website owners, create relationships and strike deals for backlinks via different strategies
4. Ability to lead interns in the team to build backlinks and perform SEO tasks
5. Relevant experience in the White Hat SEO process
6. Knowledge of web development platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Magento, etc.
7. Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability
8. Should be a part of the team, willing to learn and grow
9. Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
10. Experience with SEO tools SEMRush, Ahref, etc.
11. Knowledge of keyword research tools and ability to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
13. Familiarity with WordPress/Shopify or other content management systems
14. Should be extremely focused on delivering results for clients
Annual CTC: ₹ 3.5 – 4.5 LPA
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Other incentives: 10%
