About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects
2. Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions
3. Perform outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/secondary data sources
4. Work on daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads
5. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

Who can apply:

1. The candidates should be proficient in English and Hindi (multilingual is also preferred)
2. Knowledge of MS Excel
3. Any branch of graduate and post-graduate is welcome
4. Experience (if any) in the e-commerce sector (minimum 6 months-1 per year) would be preferred, but not mandatory
5. We are open for students of the 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 batch
6. Candidates will be shortlisted if they have 75% in two courses and 60% in one course; however, exceptions can be given to anyone with 60% in each course
7. The candidates are required to have a laptop/desktop of their own and an active internet connection and should be ready to work from the office
8. Looking for candidates to work in Kaikondrahalli, Sarjapur Road

Additional Information:

1. Working – 6 days (no week-off on weekends)
2. Work during the day shift

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4.8 – 5.1 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%
