1. Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients from provided leads and lists
2. Introduce and educate potential clients about NPay’s services, benefits, and competitive advantages
3. Engage in consultative selling to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
4. Clearly and effectively communicate NPay’s value proposition to prospects
5. Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities for partnership and business collaboration
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and prospect interactions in the CRM system
7. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
8. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine cold-calling scripts, strategies, and objection-handling techniques
9. Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding lead quality and market trends
10. Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and competitors

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 3 Lac/annum
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 250 per sale).
