Sales: Increase Jodo’s market share
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Consultative selling by pitching Jodo’s financial products to customers both in offline events and via telesales
2. Building a long-term relationship with customers
3. Think on the feet and understand the customer’s pulse to pitch right
4. Take rejections and not let it affect the pitch to the next customer
Who can apply:
1. Resourceful: Always thinking of ways to get new leads, try different approaches to pitching, and add value to the firm in various ways apart from just the core responsibility
2. Not taking ‘no’ for an answer: Persistent with the customers while being pleasant and respectful; ability to engage and persuade
3. Diligent in follow-ups with the customer: Taking ownership of every single lead and taking it to closure
4. Understand customer concerns and relay them back to the product team to improv the product & application process
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 20th Sep’23 and 25th Oct’23
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Chennai, Coimbatore, Thiruvananthapuram, Bangalore, Kochi, Mangalore and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 400000 to 500000 /year
