About the internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
2. Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions
3. Following call center scripts when handling different topics

Who can apply:

1. Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening
2. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
3. Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
4. Languages Required: Malayalam and Tamil for Bengaluru and Telugu/ Kannada/Gujarati/Punjabi for Noida

Who can apply

3. are available for duration of 3 months
