1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective students, introducing educational programs and providing detailed information.
2. Engage in direct walk-ins, greeting and assisting potential students in understanding available courses, admission procedures, and program benefits.
3. Schedule appointments for prospective students with senior student counsellors, ensuring timely follow-up and coordination.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, inquiries, and appointments using the designated CRM software or database.
5. Follow up with prospective students via phone, email, or other communication channels to provide additional information, answer questions, and address concerns.
6. Collaborate closely with the student counselling team, sharing feedback, insights, and updates on student interactions and progress.
7. Assist in organizing and participating in virtual events, webinars, or seminars to attract potential students and generate leads.
8. Ensuring a positive experience for all students and maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor at all times.
