Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in creating marketing strategies and materials to promote our properties and generate leads
2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and target markets
3. Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and client interaction
4. Assist in organizing and coordinating property viewings and open houses
5. Support the sales team in preparing sales contracts and other relevant documentation
6. Utilize MS Excel to track and analyze sales data, market trends, and client preferences
7. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues
