Key responsibilities:
1. Developing Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that effectively markets the app to potential users and partners, creating brand awareness and generating app downloads and usage
2. Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and manage relationships with key influencers, fashion brands, and other potential partners to promote the app
3. User Acquisition: Develop and execute user acquisition strategies using online and offline marketing channels. This includes SEO, paid social, content marketing, email marketing, influencer marketing, PR, events, etc.
4. User Retention: Design and implement strategies to keep users engaged with the app. This includes coordinating with the product and technology teams to implement features that increase user engagement
5. Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze marketing efforts and user data to understand user behavior and optimize marketing efforts. Implement A/B testing to refine and improve marketing strategies
6. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that spending is aligned with strategic goals and provides a strong return on investment
7. Team Management: Manage and grow the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
