About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Collect information about the client’s business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports, etc.)
2. Analyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems and comprehend the causes
3. Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to a client’s wishes, capabilities, and limitations forming concise reports
4. Present findings and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical advice
5. Develop detailed business plans to drive small or radical changes
6. Assist the client in implementing the plan and resolve any occasional discrepancies
7. Provide guidance for any occurring problems and issues

Skills & Requirements:

1. Basic knowledge and understanding of product management
2. Internship experience in product management or a relevant field
3. Knowledge of market and industry trends and being able to set and track key KPIs, such as customer acquisition costs, customer conversion rate, daily active users, features usage, user churn, Net Promoter Score, customer satisfaction, and customer lifetime value
4. Display great knowledge of client needs and wants interpersonal and negotiation abilities, and the capacity to prioritize features

Salary
 

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%
