Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the research, planning, and development of podcast episodes, including topic selection, guest identification, and script writing
2. Collaborate with the production team to create engaging and well-structured podcast episodes that align with the brand’s voice and objectives
3. Conduct pre-interviews and assist in booking guests for podcast episodes
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring all necessary equipment and resources are prepared
5. Edit and mix podcast episodes, including cleaning up audio, adding music and sound effects, and enhancing overall sound quality
6. Collaborate with the edit team to produce high-quality content
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for podcast episodes, such as social media posts and episode descriptions
8. Assist in managing podcast hosting platforms and ensuring episodes are uploaded and published on schedule
9. Monitor and analyze podcast metrics, including listener engagement and feedback, and provide insights to improve future episodes
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in podcast production and storytelling
