3. Administrate the process of CRM and daily obstacles for better operations and deliver the best professional experience to the customers
4. Update and enhance our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
5. Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
6. Gather and maintain customer feedback, solve if needed, and share it with our product, sales, and marketing teams for better improvements in the system

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 – 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
