As an Online Community Development Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and growth of the organization’s virtual community. You will work closely with the community manager and other team members to implement strategies to engage and support community members, foster meaningful interactions, and promote a sense of belonging within the online community.

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Monitor and moderate online community platforms, including forums, social media groups, and other community spaces
2. Engage with community members by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and helpful manner
3. Create and curate content that is relevant and valuable to the community, such as blog posts, discussion topics, and announcements
4. Assist in planning and executing virtual events, webinars, and online activities to encourage participation and interaction
5. Gather feedback from community members and compile insights to inform community development strategies
