Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Providing support for all network and hardware-related issues
2. Maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting network connectivity in LAN & WAN networks
3. Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, wi-fi, etc.)
4. Working on hardware installation and troubleshooting
Skills & Requirements:
1. Should have experience in managing switch/access points and router/Firewall
2. Availability in response to the needs of the customer for installation, maintenance, and equipment malfunctions
