1. Media Planning: Develop comprehensive media plans that align with the company’s marketing goals and target audience and collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives, budgets, and timelines
2. Media Buying: Negotiate with media vendors to secure the best rates and placements for advertising space, time, or other media formats. Purchase advertising inventory across various platforms, such as television, radio, print, digital, and social media
3. Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of media placements. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
4. Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring that spending is within allocated limits and maximizing the impact of media spend
5. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, audience behavior, and media consumption patterns. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for media buying and advertising strategies
6. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling and engaging ad content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with media specifications
7. Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement and present results to stakeholders and senior management
8. Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, staying informed about new advertising opportunities and negotiating advantageous terms
9. Adherence to Regulations: Ensure compliance with advertising regulations, industry standards, and best practices in all media buying activities
10. Testing and Optimization: Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to continuously improve ad performance and identify the most effective media channels

4. Proven experience as a Media Buyer or in a similar media planning and buying role
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
6. Familiarity with media planning and buying tools and platforms
7. Excellent negotiation and communication skills
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
9. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
10. Knowledge of digital advertising and programmatic media buying is a plus
11. Understanding of different media channels and their audience reach
12. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 – 4,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
