1. Assist in legal research on various matters, including but not limited to contract law, employment law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance
2. Review and analyze legal documents, contracts, and agreements to identify key terms, potential risks, and compliance requirements
3. Draft and edit legal documents, correspondence, and agreements under the guidance of the legal team
4. Support the legal team in preparing for meetings, hearings, and negotiations
5. Help maintain and organize legal files, documents, and records
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance in various company initiatives
7. Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends that may impact the company
8. Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed
Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing a law degree from an accredited law school
2. Strong academic record with a focus on corporate law, contract law, or related areas
3. Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
4. Attention to detail and ability to review documents for accuracy and completeness
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
7. A strong sense of professionalism, ethics, and discretion when dealing with confidential information
