About the internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Talk to high-net-worth individuals to understand their current real estate portfolio distribution and challenges
2. Develop and implement investment strategies to achieve investor targets and goals
3. Engage in research (both macro and micro) to develop actionable insights for the investment team
4. Build and maintain relationships with HNIs and Ultra HNIs, understand their investment needs, and provide them with customized investment solutions
5. Conduct presentations, seminars, and other marketing activities to promote our investment products to prospective clients
6. Provide regular updates, reports, and results to the management team
7. Work closely with internal teams for the seamless execution of investment transactions
8. Stay up-to-date with market trends, real estate regulations, and investment opportunities
