Requirements:

• Proven 3 to 10 years of work experience in Instructional Design.
• Visual Design Skills and ability to create eye-catching presentations.
• Ability to quickly synthesize and create course content based on inputs from subject matter experts, written material, previous training courses etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactively collaborate with all relevant stakeholders (internal and external) on project tasks to ensure on time task completion.
• Knowledge of Instructional Design theories and practices.
• Experience in working with LMS and Video Editing Skills will be a plus.
