Key responsibilities include:
1. Conducting market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
2. Assisting in lead generation and qualifying prospects through outbound calls and emails.
3. Collaborating with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
4. Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently.
5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
6. Analyzing sales data and generating reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
7. Assisting in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
