About the internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify relevant sources for hiring candidates, carry out screening tests and coordinate interviews with team leads, managers and founders to hire them
2. Undertake the preparation and sharing of offer letters/completion certificates/experience certificates to new and departing interns/employees in line with policies
3. Support to establish a scientific medium for assessing and tracking individual + team performance
4. Identify and support in implementing motivational strategies for interns/employees
5. Track intern/employee attendance and targets

Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 3rd Jul’23 and 7th Aug’23

3. are available for duration of 6 months
